thanks for making exceptions for me, i'm again quite honoured
you see, it was taken on square-format slide film, its unsquareness was caused by the scanner, in which it was cropped like this

it's ok - just got a scanner myself and I know they make little crop errors - you can always adjust it in Photoshop

it was actually did taken on an old film (not film exactly, but slide, really old and expired)

Really amazing how the photo on the right is fading! Specially since that happens on what seems a river side. To me it shows as if something new, but unknown lies behind it whether it is a fading memory or something real. You were lucky to have a defect in the film (I read the previous comments!) This photo is stunning, even the fact that the photo walks up to the right gives an amazing effect to it! You did an amazing job with it. Also the fact that it was taken with a camera with film is great. Definitely a
