Again, another collab from , and it's from one of my favorite artists ~mfm50 to this link:[link] The line is obviously similar to the title I use. I chose this scenery where Sonic told Merlina, the reason why we live and die since, life is short, and we must live life to the fullest,because not only the song was played in the back ground, but also it touch my heart, and in my opinion, it's the most beautiful sonic song I have ever heard in my entire life. I started drawing, and colored it over the summer, but due to my case of an art block, I stopped working. Then, I decided to continue working before 2011 ends to celebrate his 20th anniversary. Did another good job, since I put a LOT of heart on this one, except I made Sonic too tall!! XD And no, I did not forget that Merlina did not actually cry in the cut scene, I just add it, to put more emotion on it Hope you like it guys.

Yeah, a lot of people claimed that the Storybook Series perfectly developed Sonic's character but I disagree, I felt they made him a little too mean and snarky. He was also willing to be a villain like Dr Eggman to save Camelot, I don't really understand why he's called a hero though.
Yeah, I wish to see Sonic to be his true self which is nice and kind to good people but snarky and taunting towards the bad guys.
I know he's not a goody-goody, But he isn't an anti-hero or anti-villain either. I hope SEGA and Sonic Team develops his character properly in the future.

.....um, I don't mean to offend, but I personally don't see that many claim Sonic's character to perfect in those games (and before you say anything, yes I did see the stamp byΒ Vertekins ). More often I have seen people like the way the characters are done in Adventure 1 and 2, calling them the "best Modern Sonic games".

Yes, he was willing to be villain, but he didn't really have any other choice at the time (at least not that I remember). He was called a hero because he was willing to sacrifice himself for others. To save Camelot (like you said).

Now that I completely agree with. Β Β What I like is a new Sonic game that isn't related to Boom to come out. Not that I hate Boom, it just that it's been a particularly felt like forever since Lost World came out. :/

He didn't have to be a villain to save Camelot, I was like,"What the heck, Sonic?!" when he declared that he doesn't mind playing the bad guy sometimes.
Actually, if you check on YouTube where there are comments on Dark Queen videos, people claim that the Storybook series capture Sonic's personality perfectly. They said it correctly captures how Sonic is a mixture of free-spirit and kindness.
But like I said earlier, I disagree with the previous reasons I gave.

Ah, gotcha. I haven't been on any YouTube videos for Sonic games in a long while (mainly because I'm still waiting for non Boom related Sonic game to come out). When I did I haven't seen any comments that talk about his in those games.
Fair enough. I thought they did really good for the most part on his character, but to each their own.

Very nice drawing. I love the shading around Sonic's head, and Merlina's hair. I think they make a cute couple, and anyones better then amy!! While a lot of people hated this game, I liked it. Agin very nice!
