Corre en la categoría GT1 del reglamento costarricense, con el cual también puede participar en Guatemala y El Salvador si no me equivoco. A la vez corre en el campeonato centroamericano de automovilismo y ha estado aparte de los paises que te conté en República Dominicana.
Estuvo el año pasado en el Goodwood Festival of Speed.

What series is this? I can't think of an open-face helmet series that would allow such beautiful and powerful cars.

the Centralamerican GT Championship. Actually this kind of helmets is used all around the world, I remember driver's using it at the 24 hours of Nürburgring and all (not that I was there but saw shots and videos hehe)

There's a supra under there somewhere, but that body work is badass.

actually there isn't, it's a tubular frame with a previous generation of the NASCAR Toyota V8 engine unrestricted (around 700hp) with the carbon fiber body "based" on a Supra hehe
