Description
So I decided to draw England, except I was going to draw it bigger and better than usual. I'm not finished the line art for his whole body, but I really wanted to try some new techniques and better palettes on MS paint so here it is.Better than I expected, but I feel like it's missing something.

Well, in the full lineart (almost finished) the hands are fully visible. Hell, the thing that keeps me from finishing are his hands.
