i use Paint tool SAI to draw/lineart and colour then i use photoshop to adjust the timing and save it as a .gif image ^w^

Oh okay, cool. How do you save it as a .gif? I tried 'save for web' on an animation but it just sped it up something MAJOR.

k ive never used that before but ill try to expalain it
after clicking save or web
make sure its animated and looped
you can adjust the timming of each frame (0.1,0.2,0.3...etc.)
so preview which one the animation runs best it and then save it
was that confusing or is a tutoriall with pics better lol
