Description
I decided to draw the Wizard Palooza OCT judge characters to chill around somewhere. Then, choosing to illustrate Willow's garden. It's considered my second time illustrating a full background. It's not perfect, but it's something that's worth the effort. The existence of the garden is entirely optional for Wizard Palooza OCT goers. It's just there as a place for Willow to relax in.
