Bleh...there's nothing messy about it.
I've always admired your shading techniques with the pencil. When I zoom in and look at the individual strokes, I can see that they are very uniform. It's a technique difficult to master and requires quite a bit of patience. I might try to apply it to my own art...

wow the shading on that tree is fucking amazing
the thing i dont really like about it is how keisers hair is shaded.. usually keiser has the super white hair which makes him look hardcore (like bakura)

My goodness, that's so well shaded. o.o; There's only one thing that I can really point out which is a bit odd... And that would be the gun... You really should make it more of a straightedge. Right now, it looks a bit like a curved stick >_>;.
Other than that, everything else is utterly perfect. The clouds are a really nice touch... Mm, so clean, too.
