I know this cartoon too and watched it on Russian translate. I do remember everything in this cartoon. In 90s were great cartoons made by Enviromentalists like Captain Planet or film Free Willy ! Great artwork ! Very Well Done ! Congratulations to You !

Oh yes, the 90's did have good environmental movies. I also loved Fern Gully the Last Rainforest.
