I love her, she's my constant battle shikigami at the moment though I lack materials to evolve her yet. But I must say I like your version of her evolution almost better than the official art! I like especially how the pink on the background and her ribbon and earring add contrast to the blue without ruining the chilly impression. You also got her beauty just right, too. Good luck with the contest!
