One hour speed paint of me harnessing some fire for a barbecue or something

I want you to know that i like this alot. so i faved it.
also im trying to learn to digitally paint without lines. any tips?
oh and i like the way you rendered the flames. it reminds me of game graphics. it adds a slightly smokey effect to the flame like some thing really is burning up. the softness and glow intensifies the whole thing.

Here are two tips; do all the rough/guide/outlines on a separate layer. Then simply paint over that, and delete the line layer. The other one is draw the sketch directly in color, without using black. That way, when you paint, you color with the same colors and blend it with your sketch.
