it's past a whole season since i've touched any piece of paper to draw on it...but then comes this
,i couldn't help it,so i animated the scene

i really like the sound... have it in the background while reading... remembers me of the time i was going onto the ocean fishing everyday... just the birds (damn english words) are anoying Oo

In Infant school, I sung it in the school play (it was more a collection of sea shanties, really). I was wearing a cute sailor cap and everything.

I love the animation is super cool. One quick tip in flash so you don't see the blurry lines across the images set the png to smoothing and you won't the blur no more

Oh my... this amazes me so much! I could look at it for hours and never get bored. The colors are my favorite part, it's like an old illustration from an ancient book.

Amazing! I could just see a whole animated short in this style. The rocking of the ship and the rising and falling of the sea is nonuniform as it should be and looks very believable, even in this cartoon-y style. I love it!

nicely done! a lot of the movements look convincing, not like the image is being stretched too much. I like the sails and the sound you used, but I think the sound of the gulls is a bit too thick.
