I'm a few days late, but here she iiiiis! Goddess gem 2.0.Seriously though Rainbow Quartz is a BABE, her hair makes me want to cry it's so beautiful. Is it bad that she kinda reminds me of Tawna Bandicoot, or even more so like Princess Daphne from the Dragon's Lair games? This took me quite a bit to finish, mainly because of coloring the hair, but I hope you all like it! ^_^ Colorful Spyro skies for the win.

I LOVE Rainbow Quartz' design, and it kind of makes me theorize about how fusions work based on the emotions of the components. She doesn't have extra limbs like Opal or Sugalite etc, the only other fusions we've seen that look like that are Garnet and Stevani...that's what we're calling it right?...well my point is that when the fusion is between gems that have a more romantic connection the result is more humanoid. Also I remember seeing the eyes, the lower pair, clearly Pearl's, seemed to track Greg and with the half lidded look seemed somewhat condescending, it was as if Pearl was trying to make Greg jealous from within the fusion itself. I love that, how they can express an idea through a simple look in the eyes without having to say anything about it.

That's actually a really good theory! And to support that, we have Sugilite who was an unstable fusion. She was much bigger than the others, plus had extra limbs/eyes. Who else was really big with extra limbs/eyes? Malachite, which clearly was a bad mix and probably the most monsterous looking. And Opal can be a little unstable at times, seeing that Pearl and Amethyst don't get along much anymore though she's around the size of Rainbow Quartz. If we're going by your theory, maybe she isn't as big and a bit more normal looking than the other four armed fusions because there was a time where Pearl and Amethyst were close. I loved that about RQ's eyes too, you could really see both Rose and Pearl's separate thoughts in that fusion ^_^ Really cool all around and I'm really excited to see more fusions!

be careful what you wish for, after all we saw Peridot's fusion experiments which lead to the creation of that creepy hand thing. (and Remember, for as creepy as that was to us from Garnet's perspective it must have been outright Kronenbergian, like the most hideous construct from "the Thing.")

I kinda like Opal's hair more but thats me XD. The colors were just simply amazing though for her design

Don't get me wrong, I love Opal too! I plan on drawing her out as well and I'm always excited to see more fusions/gems
