So I decided to expand on that roleswap au I started and included Bo Peep as a main. (I love her, don’t judge me).
Her role is a little bit like Merry’s role to Nick in this.

They were old friends, back when Happy was his normal, cheery self. But like in canon, Bo Peep’s child abandoned her one day. And rather than wait around to let Happy watch her eventually blink out of existence, she said her goodbye’s and left.
Years pass and kidnappings are spreading all across New York, including Imaginary Friends going missing. Bo started to worry about Happy getting caught up in the mix. Having nowhere else to go and nothing to lose, she decided to take it upon herself to find out what’s going on and put a stop to the opperation.
Thus she runs into Happy … completely different from the ray of sunshine she once new. After reluctantly aggreeing to let Bo join him and Nick on their mission, they normally stay split up. Nick and Happy deal with whoever’s out there trying to stop them while Bo mainy digs up information. But she’s more than capable of taking out a goon or two on her own.
