I like it, the pose and concept of a guitar wielding gunslinger.
I don't know why but it I don't think the upper portion of the human body has that many muscles packed around the stomach.

Ripped pecs and abs, tattoos, unruly hair, facial scar, fingerless gloves, leather pants with metal studs, skull-themed belt buckle, chain, dual wielding guns, dual-shoulder holster, over-sized guitar, katana, throwing knives with cross-shaped handles, leg-mounted throwing knife holster, leg-mounted, ammunition holder, wide unguarded stance.
But as far as a critique:
The upper body is too small for his legs. The guitar is at least twice as large as it should be. The guitar's frets are on the wrong side. The shading on the body is WAY off for the light source that made that shadow. The perspective on the "closer" gun is very exaggerated and seems to warp half-way through the barrel.

Speaking of trying too hard, this so-called critique makes it sound like your trying too hard to be an asshole. I'm all for constructive feedback but when someone acts like a jaggoff in the process I tend not to listen. Also, i've seen your gallery and I could be a dick too and tear down everything you've got there with nothing but negative remarks but that shit would take all day and i just aint got the time.

Go for it, if you want. The only thing that I can see here is that you are pissed that somebody would point out the cliched themes of the image.
And as far as the critique is concerned, it is nothing but genuine. Just look at that guitar and tell me it isn't three times larger than it should be and that the frets are on back of the neck. 
If you don't like critiques, you can always turn off comments.

Anyway, I love the coloring. The sketch itself was awesome, but the coloring really helps this piece to stand out. From the slightly-opaque tattoos to the tiny glare effects from the metals, the coloring really stands out. Totally awesome, dude. :3
