This is just epic. I love her confident demeanor, yet, I still get the sense that she is still scared which naturally happens to all in this situation. I guess the best word is "courageous" for this young lady.
I also love how you didn't go overboard with the fire spell in her hand, it gives a cool sense of control and majesty to her magical skill as a whole.
Probably reading too much into this but it's fun and those are the feelings I get
