Well, as they say..like father, like son. Yes they do look very similar, especially when they're both transformed into super saiyans.
Yes I added to the uniform to help identify Goku because he usually wears an orange uniform.

On paper, I think they're almost evenly matched, in terms of Strength & Speed. Goku has a durability edge, however, as that might be the deciding factor. Jenny can match him move for move, but if she makes too many miscalculations, she will likely become too damaged to defeat him.
And if she's caught in Goku's Kamehameha wave..
