For the background, I added the color of blue that might be familiar to ToonTown's game of Lawbot Headquarters, but it will be more likely a midnight color in the background.
I added few changes for the costume, inspired from both games of American McGee's Alice: Madness Returns (note: it's not for younger viewers, it's a scary horror version of the fairy tale
), and ToonTown Rewritten. You can see these as examples.The steam dress:

I'm still working onto Mitny's Halloween Tale cover. Just before getting starting with final Halloween Tale as a special surprise.
