Black racers? Β I assume you don't mean Coluber constrictor. Β That species is a New World snake. Β It's not found in Africa. Β Besides, your profile says you live in America. Β So unless you lived in Africa two years ago, I'm afraid you're mistaken about our mamba friend here. Β The Americas only have one native elapid apart from the yellow-bellied sea snake, and that's the New World coral snake.
