"What. Have. YOU. DONE?!"The Royal Canterlot Voice Princess Luna used during Nightmare Night was nothing compared to this. The sheer force of her voice flung ponies to the edges of the room. Chrysalis, however, resisted the onslaught.
"Another princess? I had heard rumours there were more. I have defeated two of you already, so you should be no trouble."
"You don't know your Equestrian history very well, do you? ..."

Luna's certainly not going to let any harm come to her big sister. I was disappointed that Luna didn't get the chance to defend Celestia or Canterlot in A Canterlot Wedding. On the flipside, I'd rather not have seen Luna suffer as Celestia did - once was bad enough.
This was inspired by World8's image Evil? Ha! I was evil once... , which depicts a fight between Luna and Chrysalis.

Princess luna : yes, and now get ready to be banished. (princess luna uses her magic to defeat chrysalis and now she uses her glow to banish chrysalis and her minions all the way to the mountain.) I am not entirely sure what this has got to do with what I originally said, and I'm certain that it'd also suffice as a single comment and not a reply to mine, but ...

This could have been formatted and worded in a better way, like keeping track of the words that need to be capitalized, putting the space after the colon, refrain from using the same words several times over the course of 3 lines, replacing "green magic from her horn" with something like "her horn was engulfed with a bright green aura", and so on...

Seriously, how do you think Celestia would fare in a rematch with the Changling queen with Luna by her side? How about Cadance joining the fray? Hopefully they would be unstoppable.

In any normal circumstance, Chrysalis would be boned even if she just went up against only Celestia. The only reason the cockroach won is because of that "fed on Shining Armour's love" bulltrout. Without a pony to leech off, Chrysalis is nothing.

They defeated Sombra together. I'm sure Chrysalis would be a pushover as well.

If Luna turned back into Nightmare Moon, Chrysalis wouldn't stand a chance, but that would also create another problem, getting Nightmare Moon to turn back into Luna.

But she didn't actually BECOME Nightmare Moon again, she just made herself look like Nightmare Moon.

Yeah, I was disappointed Luna wasn't put more into the plot of that 1 hour special, but I guess they had to cut back somewhere.
