Yup, well, in the original version (Link in description) the tattoo have the heart, but this, is a fan version of the tattoo, so it's like a Cover, when you hear, it's the same lyrics, but sometimes isn't the same rhythm. That is the "why" i don't put the heart, and yes wouldn't fit.
