This is BS7 skin, you got it right on the first step, now go to the description and look for the link that leads you to : BS7 body type, install that.

Create a folder inside ~mods, namely "zzzmods". Put both LIL-BS7_P.pak and zBS7-DROID_P.pak inside the folder amd see if it works.
