So there's some concept art that involves Kiara (or Shani, can't remember) walking through this crystal cave. I loved that idea, so I drew it

I'm pretty sure that in the concept art Kiara was still called Shani. Too bad they changed it, Shani just feels more right to me. Why did they take the name Kiara, it isn't even african!
I really like this picture, you did the cave really well and I like Kiara's expression, as if she is apprehensive. But wasn't Kiara still a cub in the concept art?

Yeah, she was still a cub, but I didn't remember that while drawing this. Anyway, it's easier for me to see her older for this, like she's searching for Kovu after he's exiled and finds herself here.
