I must have been a foolto have fallen in the pool
Of all the the lies
as my heart slowly dies
Thoughts come to me.
how could this be?
Why have I lost
what I love the most?
I am constantly shut down
without even the slightest frown
With all the nights I have wept
and all the nights I haven't slept
and I lie awake and wonder
why I continue to ponder
on things I have lost
and what they have cost
Is this love?
or just a sign from above?
Until I find out
I must go on!
