Description
I wake up and there is the feeling of happiness,
     of joy and good will.

I take a step outside and there is nothing but
     despair and darkness, the clouds
        are filled with rain and the day is dreary.

News of a presentatoin: brings on sadness. After the joy
       of finally making a 74% on a test, although its a C,
             at least its a passing grade.

the presentation: a mandala of life, infuences,
          experiences good and bad that have helped me
          and in turn that I have helped others.

The greif of presenting the mandala, I cried while making it.

Those feelings once again, flood my mind,
       fear of being in the center of attention
       takes over as tears of the memories
       begin to form and fall.

My emotions are twisted........
     one minute I'm happy the next I feel down and depressed.

These twisted emotions are overwhelming,
   I wish they'd get the fuck outta my head.

'Nuff said.
