Personality: ever since Cain was first brought by Ramon and jin at his father Koga's home when he was a baby, he becomes much more respectful towards his father and comes to appreciate his presence in his life, admitting that his past when he was a child was a horrible one. His outlook becomes more positive and he aims to become as strong as his father one day and is eager to do this. When he learns that he has half vampire abilities instead of waiting for his father to train him, Cain disobeyed him and sneaks out of the cabin when his father was asleep, leading to his own demise.

Bio: in the 1880's Jin and his adoptive father Ramon brought the newborn infant Cain to Koga's cabin with the aim of having him live with the large mortal to learn from him. Jin*holding koga's newborn son* asked Koga to take care of Cain and teach him how to live as a vampire. Upon seeing the newborn infant's tears falling down his face, Koga rejected the idea, saying that vampires should live on their own and train themselves. However, Ramon managed to convince him to
accept Cain's presence informing him that Cain doesn't have a mother to take care of him who died giving birth to him. When Ramon and jin left, Cain starts crying a little more and his father sighs and goes back inside the cabin and starts taking care of him. Initially, Koga's relationship with his son Cain when he was a child was rocky, but in time they started to have a father and son relationship. when Cain was 8 yrs old he immediately set to work around the farm. his father often watched his charge completing his tasks and while training him to become stronger as well. everytime After the harvest, cain and his father would bring their supplies to the dusk village. Some time later, when cain was 14 yrs old his father bought cain a light blue coat without him asking so he can keep warm in the winter. delighted by the gift,As they walk home, Cain happily but shyly thanked his father for all he had done for him, while admitting that his previous style of living when he was a child had been something he never wanted to speak about. Koga told his son Cain to be proud that he was born a half vampire but they were interrupted by the arrival of 3 villagers looking to start a fight by trying to take the coat from him. this angered Cain but his father stood his ground, refusing to fight them so the 3 villagers attacke Koga with no success, they retreated. grabs cain's hand and starts walking away from them
. Koga and Cain continued their journey home, during which time the sun began to set. Koga noticed that the villagers had become suspicious and decided to chase them. Cain is alarmed greatly by this as one of the villagers shoots a gun at him and the bullet lands just short of him. Koga decided he had little choice but to fight back so he releases his pet bat, Danburite in order to attack the villagers. sometime during the battle cain awakens his vampire powers and attacks them and after the mob ran away in fear Cain and his father starts walking back home. at night Cain continued to train with his father who taught him what it meant to be proud to be a half vampire. Cain loves his father very much and wanted to become as strong as he was while continuing to live with him in the future. Koga decided then that it may be time to train Cain how to control his half vampire abilities and bloodthirst .He warned his son Cain that he was not supposed to leave the cabin and go out in the dark on his own unless he was there with him,however Cain disobeyed him and sneaked out of the cabin when his father was asleep and attacked some people in Dusk's village for blood and to try out his half vampire abilities koga woke up and notices cain was gone he gets up and runs to look for him,koga finds his son in the village and yells at him for disobeying him but Cain
tells him that he knows it just he couldn't help himself saying that he was so hungry for blood and also he wanted to try out his half vampire abilities now and doesn't want to wait for his father to be with him and then koga tells Cain that he shouldn't try out his half vampire abilities now and that he doesn't know what would happen and Cain says that he can do this it will be ok then his eyes glows green and tries out his vampire powers on more villagers. despite his father's warnings then alot of vampire slayers show up and charges at him and attacked him and before Koga could save him from getting killed
one of them stabs cain in the chest with his sword and when his son was on the ground bleeding to death slowly dying koga runs to his son's side and brings him close to his chest Cain reached out his hand to his father telling him he didn't want to die and he was scared and koga tells his son that everything is going to be ok and needs to hang in there and holds his son's hand and tears falls down his face then Cain starts coughing up blood,breathing heavily and tears falls down his face telling his father that he is scared of dying and he's not ready and also he's chest hurts really bad because from all the blood loss making him really really weak then koga shushes his son telling him that he needs to stay with him a little longer and he holds his son's hand tighter and more tears falls down his face Cain coughs up alot more blood and cries a little and says that he was glad to have a father that would protect him from getting hurt and he couldn't ask for a better father and before he dies he wipes his father's tears and tells him that he loves him. Koga suffered greatly at the loss of his son and later he was turned into a vampire by Ramon and joins him and his adoptive son jin *before Katsumi, lyall, saiko, muramasa and cooper became ramon's powerful vampires*
