the hidden blood village is a dangerous group of rogues made up of feral/blood lust ninjas from the village They are highly trained fighters, whose harsh lifestyle contributes to their strength and fortitude. They rarely show any signs of mercy to other ninjas from the five villages

Hidden blood village ninjas do not have a belief in heaven or the shinobi code.Because of this, the leader does not have the nine lives granted to a two tails jinchuuriki .Many ninjas of of the hidden blood village either impale their head bands or string necklace that their leader scourge wears with teeth of cats and even dogs, wearing them like trophies and making them appear more intimidating. Scourge, plus some hidden blood shinobi who are high in rank in Scourge's guard have their cat claws gauntlets reinforced with dogs' teeth and/or claws.

Hidden blood village is not an official village but more of a loosely organized group of hostile rogues ninjas who live together for mutual protection from other ninjas in other villages. They mostly feed on trash or steal food from other villages.Live prey is scarce, except for the occasional rat.Their founder of the hidden blood village who is also bloodkage Scourge (formerly named Tiny), a small black haired boy with white on the left side of his bangs, icy blue eyes, and an eerie, high-pitched voice that sounds like the splintering of ice. They don't have an "official" deputy,but the ninja closest to Scourge is a muscular black and white haired man with green eyes named Bone. He does most of Scourge's dirty work, and keeps the other ninjas/villagers of the hidden blood village in line by force. The highest ranked shinobi in the hidden blood village attach dog teeth to their cat claws gauntlet to look threatening to other ninjas and to make their blows more effective while fighting. They do not have a medical ninja and the elders, queens, and the children are never cared for; if a ninja or child can't hunt or fight for itself, then that ninja/child will die.

Children are required to live on their own, and living in family groups is forbidden, given Scourge's concern that some villagers will join together against him. Mothers or fathers are forced to train their kids, teaching them how to hunt, fight, and generally everything basic,and at the age of twelve when they become genin, children leave their parents , so they are forced to rely on Scourge and Bone.

Barley, a former member of the hidden blood village, informs the temporary hidden rain kage Firestar, that hidden blood village biggest weakness is their disbelief in heaven.This means that the blood kage will not receive nine lives from the two tails cat's chakra , which is proven when Scourge is supposedly killed by fire star or the raikage from the hidden cloud

*since scourge has the two tail cats matatabi's chakra sealed into him, his finger nails can grow into cat like claws when he becomes bloodkage he attaches dog teeth in his finger tips so when ever he uses the two tails chakra his nails starts to grow cat claws along with the dog tooth he attached
