The clubhouse is the place for rarity, applejack, fluttershy, pinkie pie and rainbow dash. They joined together cause of mostly being called "blank flanks” by bullies, ponies who have not yet gotten their cutie marks

one of applejack’s cousin ( either g3 spring parade, g3 applejack/apple picnic, weeping apple or cherry cascade Or maybe g3 silver lining ?? ^^ 💧) from the sweet cherry orchards joins them and starts a sweet cherry orchard branch of the CMC.

The 5 fillies met each other on different times like for example filly rarity has known applejack and fluttershy since they were little cause of their parents were good friends when they were younger, while filly pinkie pie/pinkamena diane pie and filly rainbow dash doesn’t meet the 3 til years later when they are young fillies since for one pinkie pie was raised in the city 🌃 with her adoptive family while rainbow dash was raised by albino or chinchilla/blue cheetah’s in the wild since she was a toddler/3 yrs old. They form a bond, as all five don't have their cutie marks yet. Rarity suggests that they could find a place that they can call their own during their quest to finding out their special talents and they each propose a name for it and applejack ( Or pinkie pie ) suggestion the talent finder scouters which the rest of the fillies approves the idea .

either middle aged granny smith or her daughter apple cider/g1 applejack ( aj, little “red” mcintosh and apple spice’s au mom) passed on her old clubhouse for the talent finder scouters to use. Initially the clubhouse is dilapidated, but after it got repaired the clubhouse becomes their headquarters.

The talent finder scouters pursue various activities to discover their special talents but they mainly make their top 4 list of names of ponies each day, so they can ask those ponies of how they got their cutie marks and how they found out their specific special talents

Special talents: The talent finder scouters demonstrate their talents very clearly to their family members and teachers.. Applejack quickly and masterfully performs some rodeo tricks outside of tree house that Granny Smith or her mom apple cider/g1 applejack passes on to the fillies ( rodeo performer ), Rarity effortlessly makes some clothes for her dolls and gem collecting (fashion designer ), fluttershy talking to some of her pets at her family’s animal sanctuary and understanding their animal behaviors ( zoologists ?) , pinkie pie baking some sweets and desserts for mr and mrs cake’s bakery shop at her rich house and coming up with parties for her adoptive family’s social gatherings and her school friends and other fillies cute-ceañera ( party planner/patissier ) and rainbow dash performs really fast spectacular maneuvers by flying (racing ).
