Can you do RPs with characters out of dream world? Well if so than challenge Manu to a battle! He's taking over the Sootopolis gym so he is also using a Kingdra but from his own team he is only using flotzel and luxray. But not if I'm already RPing with you (sorry I'm late) also very sorry in advance for replying with you.

It's alright to rp outside of the dream world
And it's alright for your character to have a dream, but you cannot alter the game's details.
So Manu can dream of becoming gym leader, but it can never happen.
