The drawing is a bit messy, but it works out in terms of context. Now, there seems to be notable distortion on the right hand of the character, especially around the fingers. On the drawing, you decided to add blood to the face of the character, their sweatshirt and the knife they brandish. However, the chopped up arm is clean (unless you count the meat and bone). I would probably add blood spraying out or dripping out of the butchered body parts. Now the light source is something that is sorta distracting. I am not sure if the circle in the background is a moon or whatever, but if it is a moon, I think you may need to add harsher shadows or at least shade it in a different way because if the circle is, in fact, a moon, then the light source shouldn’t be to the left of the character, it should be behind them.
