Here's a thought.
What if, back like, 10 years ago, someone told her the story of Santa, and Lil' Aelita'd be all "So Santa's a burgalur?!". She stays up waiting for Santa, but falls asleep. In the morning, she goes and wakes Franz and Antea up.
"Mommy! Daddy! Santa Claus came! And he didn't steal anything! YAY!!"
