Eridan clawed at Gamzee's bare chest, trying to get what meant to him the most. "Givve me your fuckin' heart," he growled as blood appeared at the scratches he made, "I wwant it for myself."

Gamzee still lay there, motionless. He was dead, cold and pale. Eridan knew that but he didn't care, he just wanted Gamzee's no-longer-pumping organ, what meant the most to him. He sunk his nails into Gamzee's flesh and ripped out a chunk. He could see a hint of a rib and kept mutilating his dead lover, breaking bones and pulling apart the skin and muscles.

Eridan eventually got to his prize and tore it away, the arteries spraying blood everywhere; on his face, on his cape and scarf. He didn't mind the dark purple substance staining his clothing, he was just happy to finally have what he always wanted, someone's heart. It belonged to him and no one else. Not even that filthy-blooded cripple, Tavros. Eridan knew what was going on, that's why he killed Gamzee and did what he did.

Sneaking around with Tavros and coming back to Eridan's respiteblock smelling like sweat and manure, and crawling into the recuperacoon and holding him close. Another "I hate you" being said, another lie thrown onto the pile.

Eridan squeezed Gamzee's heart, draining it and making it look like a worn out balloon. He threw it against the wall and seethed, then he began to rip Gamzee to shreds. His hands tightening against Gamzee's throat and breaking his neck. Eridan ripped open Gamzee's abdomen and pulled out all of the organs and stomped on them, blood and stomach contents and waste all over the floor and walls and the cuffs on his pants.

"I hate you, I hate you, I fucking hate you," he screamed at the air, "I HATE YOU TOO, GAM."

Then he broke down crying, covering his face and fingers tugging at his hair. He was a mess, fucking pathetic. He was supposed to be royal, not caring. Apathetic. But he couldn't no, he just couldn't. He clung to Gamzee because he was the only one who would pay attention to him. But then Gamzee got bored and slept around with Tavros. It made Eridan furious and he never did anything until now.

"I hate you, I hate you, you piece a' shit," he sobbed. "I hate you."
