Approximately 30 of these cars were created by Stephens Pontiac of Daytona Beach to commemorate Robert's ascension to NASCAR's top ranks. Contrasting body color and engine modifications were part of the package. It is said that Smokey Yunick supposedly help set up the package with Stephen Pontiac.
