I'm not much of a nature photographer. I usually find them boring, which is why this shot is obviously enhanced some by Photoshop. That also generally goes against my philosophy. I dislike editing photos more than a simple crop or slight level adjustment, but well.. I was experimenting this time. How else do you make a plant interesting? In all seriousness though, I only tried to bring out its natural beauty, not change the actual scene.
