Basically he was at this event with many girls and other celebs right. And this chick asked for an autograph, keith asked her for a paper but she dropped it accidently on her way over to him so without her even permisson, he literally, according to Dougal [keiths p.a] he took out her boob and signed it like that! ON HER BREAST! That is why her face in the photo is kinda surprised yknow wat i mean!
And after that, he brought her out back and...ahem...well. Dougal said it as a 'Thank you for being a fan shag'XD WHEN I SAW THAT INTERVIEW OF HIM OMIGOSH I WAS LIKE WOW KEITHHHHHHHH! OF COURSE YOU'D DO THAT!!
