Description It's kinda funny how FE1&2 and FEA are supposed to be set in the same universe but look so different
I guess I a lot can change in 1000 years

Did my best to make the original Falcion look like it could be the same sword as the FEA Falcion

It's also theorized that Grima is the fusion of Medeus and Loptyr, which makes sense looking at the design and seeing how both were sealed into the Dragon's Table Fortress

Nice work man, this looks exceptionally good, even for your style. I feel like you've improved a lot since I started watching you (and I already liked your work a lot then lol)!

Yeah, I also like the Medeus + Loptyr = Grima theory; it's about all we're left to since the game doesn't freakin' give us any more information OTL... It's a shame too because Grima has SUCH a cool design and is just such a mediocre villain in the plot at large...

Dude, this is AWESOME!! Hi five.

Too bad Heroes of Light and Shadow was never localized alongside Shadow Dragon.

It's also too bad about Grima turning out so dull; I thought he/she could've been a great Lovecraftian villain.

That's How I Want The Falchion To Look Like A Cross Between The Original Design and It's Awakening Design! That Would Be So Cool!

Great work.

On a sidenote, Loptyr wasn't sealed in the Dragon's table.

Funny how technology is basically at a standstill for those thousand years lol. And yeah, I'm fond of that Medeus + Loptyr = Grima too (just a shame he wound up being such a dull villain...)

On a more art-related note... ~3~ Great work, love the comparisons!

Most of human history up until the last 200 years had technology as a standstill
This mostly derives out of the institutionalization and enforcement of slavery by the State throughout history and constant and unpredictable warfare from reigning lords.
Slavery was largely a labor saving device that eliminated the need for ingenuity and technological discovery. When Slavery was no longer enforced, the industrial revolution happened and technology grew at an insane exponential rate. Warfare made it impossible to have a consistent and guaranteed life without dying on the battlefield or being traumatized by the event.

Seeing as how the world of FE stays stagnant for so long, the only conclusion I can bring is that constant warfare and enforcement of slavery are two main factors of the FE universe
