The "Terror Three-leg frog" (New Serina non-canon creature)

Islands are nature's evolutinary laboratorys. In the Meridians Islands in Serina's Midle Ultimocene, this experiments leads to the biggest basal Mudwicket that ever existed.

Mudwickets where derived guppys that started living outside the water in the Tempuscene, 25 Milion Years post Establishiment in Serina. They give rises to a dinasty of threepods like reptiles and mammals, but they most basal form still extant, and somethimes can be quite remarkable.

The "Terror Three-leg frog" is the biggest basal Mudwicket to ever exist. They live in the Meridian Islands and eats anything from worms, large insects, land crabs and even birds chicks and small molodonts. They can grown up to 40cm in lenght and weight as much as 5Kg. Their pectoral and fin tails are much stronger than the first Mudwickts and they can jump propeling thenselfs to the doble their body size thanks to their strong muscles.

Terror Three-leg frogs have a short parental care period by their mothers, up to two or three weeks. Their primary diet is made of insects, primaraly venouns ants that they steal their venoum to protect them in their juvenils fase.

In the Adulthood, they don't need venoum at all but are not a tastefull prey to the majority of carnivores.

They usualy hunt by ambush, hiding in the vegetation and wating for a prey. Then, they jump towards it and use their extensible jaws to grab then. Often their prey is swallow alive.

In the cold nights of the Meridians, they enter a hibernate stage.
