Rory Mercury: Demigoddess and an apostle of Emroy - The god of darkness, war, violence, and death...damn xDAlright, after seeing this www.youtube.com/watch?v=AO7QvP… I wanted to draw this lady with some tribals(Originally, she was holding a really big ax xD)
Badass character!
And I must admit, pretty good anime.
That character is from "GATE" novel, manga and animation series.

Eh I over thought it... I saw too many animes that were doing the "harem" thing, and the main character is always some guy who is "good" or even too much a shy guy, or busy, to make a move on any girl and even when opportunity is literally all over them, they avoid it for some reason or no reason at all than to tease watchers. Not only this, the main character is always a guy with kind of a blank personality, like a rock sort of. Very plain xD seriously, was watching Gate, then watched a little highschool DxD, then testament of sister new devil(which was a waste of time)...Then the most hated anime for me was Trinity Seven for how bad it was. It was funny, but honestly one of the worst harem anime I ever seen xD the action scenes and ideas really got brought down by boring fights. Plus all the characters had the same faces xD I sadly just dropped everyone of those anime because I felt I was watching the same thing. Literally took a break from anime until New stuff came out x-x if I'm going to watch a harem, the main character better be trying to grab one girl or at least bang one of them. I just feel if it were more realistic if... The main character might be an asshole a bit and fuck one or two of them xD but then again I guess that's what School Days, is for. Anyway...Avoid Trinity Seven. It's pretty bad xD

Mostly, I try to avoid such harems, but if there is some nice story, or nice background of anime I'm able to watch to the end xd In Gate was that background fight between modern and fantasy.
However, I feel your pain buddy, It could be really great to see such anime! Hmm, or not...maybe I see It in H.O.T.D but I can be wrong xD

Yeah after Trinity Seven I just cut myself off from watching lots of harem category anime xD
HOTD did have a bit of the harem thing. Including Triage X... Kinda guilty pleasures but they didn't do it in an annoying way I guess. I mean the main characters are at least getting close to one of those female characters. xD

Triage X has a terrible anime. The manga is way better because they keep all the story in check along with some good character development. The anime had none of that and focused mostly on the violence and boobs xD

Ah...well, pretty interesting xD But it always happen that in manga is much better than in anime. This same is with books and movies.
No matter how much they take from the original, they will add something else, which is not necessary or worst...change it.
That's why when I watch some kind of anime, I always try find manga.

Drifters is done pretty much like the manga. Problem is, this is kinda bad for some action scenes. I wish they tried to enhance certain fight scenes with it being animated and all xD but still I loved that series to bits
