Paranoia, or lack of attention,Or fear... I should mention...
Irrational delusions; images through my mind.
Am I slipping, or falling further behind...
All my fears circle death,
And I can't seem to, I just can't,
Pull my eyes off the threat.
We all die, immortality is not true.
One day my lips will turn blue.
But how shall I be taken from life:
Hit by a truck, or stabbed with a knife?
Am I being watched, or is this a dream.
Why is my mind so fucking obscene?!
My mother will think I'm crazy,
She doesn't understand me at all.
Or is she just like me, fearing all,
Ignoring insanity's welcoming call.

And honestly we all struggle with a type of insanity or paranoia, it's just a matter of learning to harness it so you may control it rather than vice-versa.
