These remind me of a sonic hack called "Pana der Hegherg".
It was like sonic 1,but with VERY fluid animation.Also a strange fan character,but very good graphics.

Yeah.The only problem is the whole fan-character thing,which seem ridiculous to me.That and it was a bit hard.
