A preview of my Seras police outfit from the OVA.

I found the shirt at a thrift store (I love them) which was perfict accept for the fact that it was an extra large so I had to take it in a lot, and add little things to it.

The arm band was a pain in the ass, finding transfer paper that actually worked was surprisingly hard. I probably ended up spending $40.00 for something that should have cost 5-10.
But thank GIR for HP and having some that actually worked!

I'm pretty much finished, ill post a pic of the whole thing once I can get my dad to take the pics of me!
