I'd imagine the scene would be Olga making a quick speech like this:

"Hello, everyone. Welcome to the L'il Lady Dragons charity basketball exhibition game. I'm Olga Svensen, your celebrity referee for the night. I know that people were expecting Lady Dragon to show up for this event, as she coaches and manages the girl's basketball team named after her. Unfortunately, my good friend is a little tied up in this situation that's developing between the Pan-African Union and the Unified Caliphate. If she can take out the terrorist cell causing trouble on the border, hopefully she'll save me the trouble of a peacekeeping mission to the region. So, least I can do is cover for her at a public appearance."

"Not that I don't love being here. Glad to be supporting sports for young women. In my youth, it was track and field and martial arts competitions that taught me focus and self-discipline. Those years of competition and striving for personal excellence gave me a good foundation for the challenges I had as an adult. While maybe none of the young women here will ever have to deal with super-human combat or planetary protection like I did, I still know that the Little Lady Dragons Foundation does a great job providing valuable sports opportunities and scholarships for youth in underserved areas. Thanks to everyone who bought a ticket or made a donation to attend today's charity game, or to watch on OpNet InstaStream."
