So, with the previous pic showing her at her current maximum of Sizemorph 7, that's as big as she gets, right?

Well, there was one time when Olga was quite bit bigger in a recent plotline. Wasn't entirely a good thing for the campaign world, though.

After Olga did reach her currently power level, she was temporarily possessed by a powerful entity, the ancient "earth goddess" Jord. Here we have a pic of Olga possessed by Jord, and temporarily boosted to Sizemorph 8, Mastery Extra applied twice. For a literally titanic height of 7,360 feet tall. Size reference in the pic is provided by the aircraft carrier she's looming over, with a length of 1,092 feet.

In my "States of Grace" campaign world version of the Aberrant world, there were superhumans long ago, in prehistoric times. Ancient civilizations that had risen, then been wiped out, before recorded history. These "Atlantean" superhumans inspired many myths and legends, and their psychic residue lead to many gods and heroes being modeled after them.

Jord was among the most powerful of these ancient entities. At one time, she was the "Anima Mundi" of her epoch, with much control over the Earth's biosphere, pretty close to being "Mother Nature". Jord wasn't a malevolent entity. In fact, she had risen to her power by taking down a previous Anima Mundi figure, Ymir, and ending an Ice Age that threatened humanity's survival.

Although Jord was "killed" thousands of years ago, she was one tough titaness, and hard to put down for good. Part of her remains were nigh-indestructible, and part of her consciousness survived deep in the biosphere of the planet. Her energy and presence lingered in the background, looking for an opportunity to return to life.

When Olga Svensen reached Quantum level 7, and had the surge of power with her newfound re-eruption of energy, she was briefly powerful enough to be a vessel for Jord. Due to a variety of factors, Olga was a viable host for the pre-historical earth goddess's power and mind. Her power level, her giantess powers, her resilience, made her at least capable of holding Jord's raw potential. Olga was also exposed to other factors that opened up a connection for Jord to exploit, including a romantic encounter with Jord's son (a certain red-headed storm god), and Olga having recently absorbed some biomass from the current Anima Mundi of Earth.

Therefore, for the game session during which this happened, the Player Characters had to deal with a mountain-sized ancient goddess, with the power to manipulate earth and plant matter on a planetary scale. All while lacking the most powerful member of their team, and having to avoid hurting their possessed friend. While Jord may not be stereotypically evil, she was trying to usurp a body from its rightful owner. Further, she had stated once she was fully restored, she would "re-balance" the relationship between humankind and nature on the planet.

Of course, being a group of PC heroes, they found lots of ways to mess with Jord without direct combat. They also found clever ways to get help to Olga on the mental plane, to assist her in trying to fight back and reclaim her body and mind.

This scene would be from when Jord was wading through the Atlantic ocean, using her Earth Mastery power to raise up the sea floor to provide her a surface to walk on. After her initial possession of Olga off the coast of Norway, she had stopped over briefly in Iceland to take the power from another imprisoned titan, Surt, who had been contained in Earth's mantle under an geothermal power station. After killing her old rival, she had turned south and west, headed for the Amazon jungle, intending to confront the nova known as Anteaus and reclaim her throne, and reassert her full rulership over nature. There were several times that she was attacked along the way by military forces and assemblages of superhumans. From how casually Jord is ignoring the comparatively tiny aircraft carrier below her, you can guess how unimpressed she was by the conventional military forces arrayed against her. Fortunately, Olga had subconsciously influenced Jord to keep away from population centers. Just Jord's travel through the ocean created seismic events, and tidal waves that required teams of superhumans to neutralize, and that was bad enough.

In the end, Jord was exorcised from Olga's body before she could seize full control of Earth's biosphere, and Olga was returned to her normal mind and power levels. Jord's consciousness was banished back to a few indestructible bones from her original body, which were sealed in an urn, and placed under very heavy containment measures.
