Not too proud of this one but decided to make it transparent because I got home late, ate late and barely even had time to draw this. Sorry for no shading, sis. Hope you can forgive me. However, I finally got every little detail of Frost. I was even lazy with my signature. XD I promise I will try to do better tomorrow. :') Now, if you excuse me... It's like 12 some I'm gonna wind down and try not to let the mistakes in this drawing bother me because it's a pretty nice piece and this is the best Tails I've draw in a while. For once, I made an OC look better than an actually Sonic character, though. XD Not to mention this took FOREVER!! Especially Tails dang hand! UGH! I HATE THAT HAND! Anyway, here's more literature from the amazing , my wonderful sis;

“It’s okay, go ahead, try it!” Tails insisted with a giant grin on his face.

Frostfire inspected the cane-shaped stick candy she held in her hand. “What… is it?” She asked the Fox.

“It’s called a Candy Cane! It’s really good!”

The Snow Leopard/Cheetah Hybrid hesitated to take a bite, being unsure about the taste. Though the odd scent threw her nose off, she didn’t want to disappoint the young Vulpine. At first, she nearly winced at the strange chill that lingered in her throat when she swallowed it, but she persisted to finish what she started.

“This has an… interesting flavor.” Frostfire said silently smacking her lips, trying to comprehend the stimuli.

“Seems like she doesn’t like it, Tails.” Manic chuckled with a sideways smirk.

“W-Wha?” Her voice wavered in mild panic. “N-No! I-I just-”

Tails calmly took what remained of what she ate from her and threw it away. “It’s okay, Frost. Peppermint isn’t for everyone. No harm, no foul!”

Friostfire relaxed at his words coupled with his forgiving smile. “I should be accustomed to the nip it gives off, being as I am from the Northern Tundra, but It is a strange food.” She told him.

“Yeah, that’s mint candy for ya. It comes from Eurish but the exact origins are undetermined. Traditionally, it’s a treat for this time of the year and has a surprising history centered around it.” Tails explained.

“There he goes…” Sonic began...

“Off on another another tangent…” Manic finished..

Noticing the side glances of the two brothers, Tails nervously rubbed the back of his head, saying, “But I’ll tell you another time.” He opened up one of the candy cane boxes that were on the counter. “I’m a big fan of mint in general so don’t worry if you aren’t.” He looked over and noticed that there were less full boxes than empty ones. “I can’t wait for Sonia to get back! She’s supposed to bring more of these from the store!”

“At the rate you’re eating them, they’ll be gone before sis makes it back home.” Sonic snickered at his best friend. Tails reciprocated with a laugh.

“I hope Sonia bought the Welches candy canes, I’m anxious to try them.” Knuckles butted in, sipping his cider yet again.

“Dude, what is it with you and grapes?” Manic asked with a bewildered facial expression.

“Don’t judge me...! It was the only fruit available on Angel Island...“ The Echidna replied defensively

Tails shook his head with a soft chuckle as he reached for another candy cane and noticed the brown box amongst the regular boxes. “Frost!” He opened it and grabbed one of the candies inside. “This is a chocolate candy cane! It’s not like regular mint ones!”

Frostfire curiously cocked her head. “Chocolate?” She drew near to him, riveted by this new flavor.

“It’s a unique sweet tang that can’t really be described, only experienced.” She took the candy cane as he handed it to her, “But I assure you that you’ll like it - I know how you enjoy milk and one of the ingredients in chocolate is milk.”

The feline examined the confectionary with her sense of smell. “Frost, don’t worry - It’s not like other candy cane, just eat it!” Sonic laughed. Her face lit up as soon as she bit into it. “Looks like we’ve got a winner. Nice call, Tails!”

“Thanks!” He giggled. “There’s a mint for everyone, I always say!”

Frostfire ate the cocoa cane without a trace. “Minty but also… sweet! How delicious!”

Tails was very pleased to hear and see her savor learning something new. “You know, if you like chocolate candy, I think I might have an even better treat for ya…”
