This is the new Design for Cookie. it's not finished tough, i'll probably change her dress in the future.Although She use to be a very cheerful girl, i felt like doing something a little bit... less cheerful. After all, she caries the future of her species in her hands, and in the end, she will have the power to decide their future.
*UPDATE: made her less yellow. Gosh, bright monitor sucks. Also made the outline less black.

What a beautiful drawing. The scene is really catching, especially for her expression, like she would be thinking on something important, or looking something on the distance. Also, her pose and the anatomy of her are two of the best things on this drawing. 
Also, the colors on the entire drawing look well balanced, and the shades are nicely done too.

This is really pretty!! I love the look of sadness on her face, and the light sparkly thingies behind her.
The hair piece is very pretty, and I ABSOLUTELY love how the whole outfit matches. Satisfies the ocd part of me...
As for your comment on the dress, I would change it a bit, just so that it doesn't look like she's wearing a giant swimsuit with a weird cape thing in the back. I would make it more loose in the front. But, that's just personal preference, and please don't take offense if my words have upset you.
