Is it considered bad practice to take two pictures and paste them together in photography?
I mean this one and one where the focus is on the shell, so most of the snail is in focus?

ah, really, but it gives a feeling of a macro
I don't have a real macro lens too, using extension tubes.. it's enough for 50mm lens to get a good macro with "big" enough depth of field.
