I'll explain, because this is where it gets different from rayman (and i hope this blows your mind)

you see how it's limbs don't connect? do you know why?
because you simply can't see them. it's beyond our visual reach and beyond our comprehension
it's like as if a 2D drawing tried to understand us. they can only see in a Y and Z perspective, but simply can't see in Z perspective, up down left right is all it can see, as soon as "far and close" come into play it can't see it. nor understand, to show a 2D drawing the 3rd dimension would be to blow it's mind

the rest of Omnikyl's limbs are in the 6th dimension.

what happened was, there's a liquid called miracle liquid, it's kind of like a floating liquid mirror. That...? is Omnikyl blood. It's not of this dimension.
and as soon as it touches something, that, is sent to the 6th dimension, which you can't see nor touch.
As well as it leaves an imprint of it's DNA on you, influencing your body. Giving you a taste of Omnikyl's powers.

Voltex and Gizmo were touched by that liquid on their limbs and their limbs are now on the 6th dimension.
they can't touch them, but they can touch each other.... what i mean is, his hands can't touch his elbows or knees for example, but his elbows can touch.
heck, Voltex and Gizmo are usually always together, because they can touch each other. say... "scratch places they can't reach"
An example of this is, if Voltex were to hold out his leg behind Gizmo and force slip him, Gizmo would fall to the ground because Voltex's legs are touching Gizmo's legs, but his legs can't touch... say... Gizmo's torso for example. I hope I made myself clear there.

Voltex's miracle liquid made him be able to have super speed.
as for gizmo? .... well... remember how he doesn't like to show off his ability?... we may never know.

Well at least they don't have to go to the bathroom ever again... their crotch is in another dimension

Miracle Liquid is also very dangerous. Don't let it catch you in your mouth, ears or eyes... or you can consider yourself dead. why? if it hits your mouth, you can never eat again, it's a slow, painful death...
if it catches your eyes, you'll be able to see the 6th dimension, your 4th Dimension little head can't handle the information. You instantly die of a stroke. ears? same story, you hear sounds that turn your mind into mush.
plus, miracle liquid does not always give you awesome powers. it works just like toxic waste, 10% of the time, it gives you super powers, 90% of the time it kills you.

Gizmo and Voltex were lucky that's all. Mek was never hit with any miracle liquid

actually i had a few refferences to base myself on, i still need a LOT of practice. 
maybe i'll draw Gizmo next
