This is my second entry for Theartentropist ’s 300 watchers contest.

I’d been wanting to do a self portrait for a few days and decided to use the pic of the three sheep(?) as an opportunity to draw myself and my two best friends. The energy in the pic reminded me of my friends and I when we go out and have a blast. The two facing each other is usually my two friends giggling about something that I end up missing and they have to fill me in lol.

We haven’t hung out together in a couple months so I just wanted to capture us having a good time and just letting loose (like we usually do at my house after a couple drinks lol). Karaoke seemed like a good option for that.

This is more based on Japanese karaoke, where they have those private booths. I feel like as an introvert (and one of my other friends is an introvert too), it’s the better option than doing karaoke in front of a ton of people at a bar….yikes.

I ride something new with the shading….not sure I like it :/

The proportions are wayyyyy off, especially for my friend on the far right. But I didn’t have any recent pictures of them (last one was from Halloween and it was dark).

So, let’s blame it on that….
