Ugh, I know what's going through her head, the fear that people are going to laugh at you for getting yourself stuck in such an embarrassing situation. Just the shame of having to ask for help is sometimes too much to bear.Β
At this point the seriousness of her situation hasn't totally set in and she's probably just nervous and confused. And I don't blame her! I think she'll come to her senses in a minute but let's hope things haven't gotten worse by then.

I have not seen the anime, only read about her character. While writing the description, I thought.."yeah, she was trying to avoid people, last thing she would do is call for them". So it would make sense that she was thinking that way and felt confused.
