Did this one based off the Vocaloid song "Conchita, Epicurean Daughter of Evil". It's a lovely song about a woman who eats gruesome food and cannibalizes random people, her staff, and eventually herself.

Obviously a wonderful plot like that is perfect for human versions of Paper Mario characters. I am a well-adjusted individual like that.

A lot of this was exploring different stuff in Deep Paint (it's the first version, since I heard there was a Deep Paint 2 but I haven't used it), like wet and dry paints, textures, and using brush center as the brush color for blending. It came out really well. I also figured out that doing images bigger than needed to start with ends in a nicer look, sometimes.

So, the original Conchita video had a minor cast list, with insults everywhere. I feel like I should reproduce it here, just because.

Wicked Maid: Watt
Foolish Butler: Goombario

I'm a little sad I don't have Watt and Goombario's faces showing, but I am happy I experimented with back angles. I went ahead and tried different ways of coloring hair and a blue-grey-based skintone. I did cut lots of corners on the background, though, so meh. Overall, good practice with different tools.

EDIT: PS, 3DS title list has been going around some circles. N-New paper mario game!? plz i want.
