Actually Shiyu = IS off SeeU, she's just an OC of mine I thought would take off SeeU like a little sister...
But she looks more like a loli-form of SeeU OTL;

Well the only difference I've done to her were:
-The change of hairstyle (Since Shiyu's hair is way shorter than SeeU's)
-Neck area has like an inner white garment or something
-Ribbon slightly different
-Wears CD Player-like button earrings in which SeeU doesn't have
-3 buttons on her dress instead of 4 like SeeU
-Wears like a tight or some sort instead of leggings like SeeU...
FFFF- loads of info there XD;
But GAH...I'm not best with them to be honest
